Quick QuickBooks Questions:

We have 4 levels of support for those quick questions of "How Do I Do This?".

Level 1: "A Quickie", For $ 25 per question email us your quick question or problem and we’ll be right back to you.

Level 2: "In-Depth", These types of questions and answers require getting into your data file, are more complex. They may require us to see your data file which you will need to send to us. Please include any passwords if necessary, we will keep it confidential. The fee for the "in-Depth" questions is $ 45. If the time required is more than an hour then the fee will be based on the amount of time needed and the hourly rate of the person answering the question. The hourly rates vary from $ 60 - $ 125 per hour.

Level 3: ""Training", These questions will require us to see your data file. You will need to send us the data file and passwords. We will find the answer to your complex problems.

Level 4: "A meaningful conversation", And, of course, we are always willing to make an appointment

A few rules for Quick QuickBooks Questions:

You will be guaranteed an answer or your money will be refunded

If your problem is more complex/in-depth than the level you initially requested you will be given the option to upgrade the level or receive a refund.

If your problem is less complex or in-depth than originally thought then you will be notified and given a refund so that you pay the fee for the lower level.

Payment must be received before an answer can be given.
